For the umpteenth time this season in a match involving Furious nobody could win three.  For Furious Lennon MacLorg beat Dave West and Brenda Aherne after losing his opening game to Colin Hutchins and Stewart Day also got a brace but lost to Dave.  For Upnor Dave lost to Lennon and Colin lost to Stewart.  Brenda beat Liam Coake to get her only win leaving Liam with the dreaded zero.  The doubles was a close affair as Furious came back from 2 sets down only to lose 12-10 in the fifth.  Furious are 9th and Upnor C are 7th.
