NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - TUESDAY 29 MAY 2018

AT 7.15PM IN SEMINAR ROOM 2, ABERDEEN SPORTS VILLAGE, ABERDEEN

Please find enclosed the Agenda for the Annual General Meeting to be held on Tuesday 29 May 2018 at 7.15pm in Seminar Room 2, Aberdeen Sports Village, Linksfield Road, Aberdeen, AB24 5RU along with a copy of the Minutes from the 2017 AGM. 

The four reports listed on the Agenda (items 5 - 8) will be presented on the evening of the AGM. 

The Executive Committee have recently reviewed the Constitution and Rules and you will find an attachment with this Notice with suggested updates and additions for consideration at the AGM.

All awards for league and cup winners will be presented at the AGM so please ensure there is a representative from your team to collect any silverware.  Please also ensure that any perpetual trophies are brought along to the meeting, or returned to a Committee Member in advance.

The Association earnestly requests that each team be represented at the meeting, as it is your opportunity to express your views on the organisation and future development of table tennis in Aberdeen District.

Please bring the enclosed information to the meeting, as there will be only a limited number of copies available for distribution.
