Revised Opening Hours from 31-07-21
Dear Table Tennis Player
Firstly we would like to thank you for your support and patience over the last 1 and 1/2 years
during the pandemic, we hope that you have felt safe and enjoyed attending.
Table Tennis at Bexhill Youth and Community Centre will be taking a couple of weeks break and
we will then start to return to normal.
Tuesdays
Trevor will continue coaching on 3rd & 10th August 2021
17th August 2021 Tuesdays will return to being open for practice with no need to book.
Wednesdays
18th August will see Wednesday afternoon 1:30pm - 3:30pm Table tennis for the older person
return. The price for this session will be £3.00 and payments and sign in will be undertaken as
you enter the building. Tea and coffees will not now be offered and players should bring their own
drinks ie a bottle of water etc.
Thursdays
19th August will see the reopening of Thursday evenings for practice starting 7:00pm with no
need to book.
Pricing for Tuesday and Thursday Table tennis will be Bexhill registered player £3.50 non Bexhill
registered player £4.00
Saturday Mornings
We will continue to offered Booked time slots on a Saturday morning recommencing 21st August
2021 bookable times will be offered between 9:00am and 12:00pm with play finished by 1:00pm.
£6.00 per hour per table will be charged.
Bookings for Saturday sessions can be made via email.
General Information
We would prefer to continue taking payments by card but will be able to accept cash.
We will continue to ask all players to ensure they use hand sanitiser upon entry and we will
continue to have it in each playing area too.
Please do not attend a session if you have to be undertaking a period of isolation due to a positive
test result or showing signs or symptoms of Covid.
We will continue to be guided by the latest government or local health teams and may have to
reintroduce social distancing or mask wearing.
