League Week 13

Beaufort Sports A produced one of the performances of the season with a 9-1 hammering of Hamstead B in the Premier Division. Jack Williamson and Jon Ludlow were both unbeaten, while Andy Jackson won two singles matches.  Colebridge Aces produced the same scoreline against Smithereens A as Edward Lynn, Amann Ubhi and Sarra Wang all gained maximums. Scott Prime and Alan Caffery led Smiths Wood A to a 7-3 success over Beaufort Sports B.  Streetly A stormed to an 8-2 victory over Smiths Wood B as Dave Bissell and Bemi Okunribido gained trebles.

Colebridge Braves go storming on in Division One as Rajinder Davsi, Kate Hughes and Amit Ubhi were unstoppable in the 10-0 mauling of Bournville A.  Terry Cooper and John Waters were both maximum men for Streetly B in an 8-2 success over Sutton Coldfield B. Sutton Coldfield A humbled their C side 9-1 thanks to hat-tricks from Trevor Davies and Jason Hadley.

Meanwhile, in Division Two Tim Freeman and Dan Ranford were outstanding for Quinborne A in their 9-1 home win over Smithereens B.  Colebridge Giants beat clubmates Colebridge Chiefs 6-4.
England veteran Ray Dixon proved he is the top player in this section with an easy maximum for Colebridge Dinosaurs in a 7-3 win over Colebridge Falcons.  Micky Bere was back to his best for Colebridge Hawks in a 6-4 success at Sutton Coldfield D.

Dave Lyne led Bournville B to a 6-4 triumph at Colebridge Knaves in Division Three.  Colebridge Lions had Steve Taylor in inspired form in the 7-3 victory over Sutton Coldfield F.  In-form Paul Thomas gained a superb treble for Ivy Leaf A over Colebridge Jaguars.  Richard Parks and Mike Standen were unbeaten for Streetly C in a 7-3 victory at Maypole B.  Finally, Sutton Coldfield E swept to an impressive 9-1 win over Walmley A.
