Lodgers A climbed to the top of the table courtesy of a 3-7 victory over stablemates Lodgers C but it still might not be enough for the title with title challengers Lodgers J only 6 points behind with a game in hand. No. 2 ranked Kelvin Clements was in imperious form, beating No. 3 ranked Steve Allen in four ends, avenging his defeat to Steve earlier in the season. Kelvin then brushed No. 9 ranked Scott Sykes aside in straight sets before repeating the feat against Andy "The Cat" Birks. No. 6 ranked Gary Hill earned two points for his side with straight set victories over Scott and Andy but couldn't get the better of Steve Allen who won in four. It was a tougher night though for Mark Hulme, returning after a back injury, with a determined Scott beating him in four ends and Steve doing likewise. However he did get a point on the board with a straight sets victory over Andy Birks.
