Pete Evans put in a player of the match performance taking a hattrick of victories over Lodgers Blades, beating Gavin Read in straight sets and losing in four to Simon Raistrick and Lucas East. Dave Coulson lost the first of his matches against Lucas East who played extremely well to win in four very close ends. Dave did win his other two though, beating Gavin Read in four before winning a titanic five set battle 10-12 in the fifth against a determined Simon Raistrick. Sam Cooper also added two after losing his opening match against Simon Raistrick, with Simon coming from 1-2 down to take the next two ends 11-6, 11-5. Sam then had a marathon five setter in his second match against Lucas East with Sam coming from 2-0 down to take the next three ends 9-11, 5-11, 11-13. In his final match though Sam, raced through in straight sets against the unlucky Gavin Read. In the doubles the Wrangle pairing of Cooper/Evans were too strong for Raistrick/East with the Wrangle duo winning in straight sets to take the home the spoils in a 2-8 victory.
