SIBSEY ON THE CHARGE!

Boston Squash Club continued their difficult start to the season with a trip to Sibsey which culminated in a 10-0 defeat. Neil Snaith and Roger Hooton both won their games in straight sets with "Smiler" Smith dropping just one end to Dave Hill who played particularly well for the Squash Club, losing the first end 12-10 before taking the second 5-11. Unfortunately for Dave,  that was as good as it got with "Smiler" comfortably taking the next two ends. Neil and Roger combined in the doubles and unfortunately for the Squash Club pairing of Nikki and Dave it was something of a learning curve against the unique stylings of the Sibsey pair, who won in straight sets. Nikki Eden-Smith showed plenty of promise and will only improve with more games as will Pete Andrews who showed he will be no pushover in time.
