NOMADS HUMBLED BY SIBSEY!

It was a top versus bottom clash when Graves Park Nomads welcomed league pace setters Sibsey and it was a tough night for the Nomads. Roger Hooton put in a player of the match performance, with his unique stylings bamboozling the Nomads from the off, although Erik Pitkovics was unlucky not to take an end, taking Roger to deuce twice. Mick "Five End" Ellis for once, did not live up to his nickname, winning all his singles in straight ends too and with Neil Snaith winning all his singles, although dropping an end to Alan Davy in the first match of the night, the singles were over in a flash! The doubles was the closest match of the night with Erik Pitkovics and Russ Freeman teaming up against Snaith/Ellis and this turned out to be a titanic battle. Erik and Russ battled from 2-1 down to take it to a decider but Snaith/Ellis just held on to take the decider 10-12 and with it a 0-10 victory on the night.
