The Anacondas go top following a 6-4 victory against Cramlington Spartans in Northumbria Division 3. Two players were outstanding  - winning all of their three singles matches. John S with his patient approach and consistent returning only dropping one game all evening. John L dug deep to win his matches winning two exciting five enders. It was a very disappointing evening for Alan who, having lost his first match then suffered a calf injury in the second which he inevitably lost and then had to forfeit the third match.
