Notice sent to Club Secretaries today

Please see attached the notification of the AGM on September 13th. I also attach a nomination form for members of the Executive . The existing Executive committee are willing to stand again but nominations are needed. I also attach a list of the trophies to be presented at the presentations which take place after the AGM. Please try to get all recipients to attend from 8.15pm
