Now in its eleventh year, this highly popular all-day event will be held on Saturday 24th March 2018 at the Bristol Civil Service Sports Club, Filton Avenue, Bristol, and is open to all our senior and junior members.

Doors will be open at 9.00am for the event to commence at 9.30am, with the finals being completed around 16.30pm. A licensed bar will be open from 11.00am and a selection of refreshments will also be available for purchase.

Once again, only the identical bats provided on the day are allowed to be used, so as to ensure the competition remains as fair as possible. Initial matches will be on a group basis to determine the players for the Main or Plate events, with a further group stage leading to the knock-out phases, so there will be plenty of games being played throughout the day. All games will be 21-up and the best of three (although this is dependent on entrant numbers, in which case group matches could be just one game up to 31 points).

Entrants should send payment of £7.50 (cheques payable to the B&DTTA) to John Ruderham, 43 Pursey Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 8DJ, stating full name, address, telephone number, email address and league club.

Please note that the closing date for entries is Wednesday 28th February 2018.
