Sport is a great tool in building life skills from an early age, it teaches you how to interact, be part of a team, show sportsmanship, competitiveness and hard work.  This can only be achieved if participants of sport have a safe and welcoming environment to partake and therefore a code of behaviour is vital in order to achieve this.

Please see the ETTA Code of Conduct for:

  1. Licensed Coaches.
  2. Players.
  3. Parents.
  4. Responsible Adults.

In order to achieve a safe and positive environment for sport, all participants, coaches, volunteers and parents/guardians should have a excellent set of values and ethics to include:

ü      Be you best, try your best.

ü      A mutual respect for all.

ü      Respect for the venue and equipment.

ü      Treat others how you want to be treated.

ü      Good Teamwork.

ü      Create a positive atmosphere.

ü      Anti-Bulling.

ü      Set a good example to others.

ü      Dress appropriately.

ü      Use good manners.

ü      Don’t participate in band substances – “Play True”.
