In the Premier Division Mark Pugh led leaders Newton to an impressive 8 2 victory over the ever improving Groves squad for whom Nathan Bradshaw hit a fine win over experienced Phil Luxon and then assisted with the doubles point.

Barrow A continue to climb the division 1 table and Ray Gregory and Martin Caveen both hit maximums as they outpointed a Beechwood side, still looking for their first victory, by a scoreline of 8 2. Leaders Saughall Deva hit  injury  weakened bottom placed Tarporley Electric with a 9 1 win, Richard Scott unbeaten for the victors. Elsewhere Martin Sellars was in good form as Groves A gained quick revenge for the cup defeat by Groves B by hitting them with a resounding 9 1 scoreline, and Steve Sung and Mike Tattum led Groves C to an impressive 8 2 scoreline over newly promoted Officers C who continue to struggle at this level.

The only result to hand in division 2 saw Officers D narrowly outpoint rivals Officers E 6 4 despite a fine maximum by improving Raf Kolodziejski.

Division 3 leaders Barrow D defeated a talented Saughall Institute trio 7 3, with Michelle Hall undefeated for the victors, and Roger Dutton hit a maximum in the  all County Officers clash as the H squad defeated the G team 7 3.
