In the only Premier division fixture  previously winless Newton A fielded a strong team against relegation rivals County Officers A and with a terrific 10 0 victory moved off the bottom of the table.  John Chan led the way and was ably backed up by young Connor Climo.

In division 1 Saughall Port stormed into second place following an emphatic 10  0 scoreline against a dispirited Officers C squad who are now in danger of finishing in a relegation spot. Dave Ash, Polina Petrova  and Hong Wang all hit maximums. Elsewhere Newton B maintained their challenge following a hard fought 6 4 victory over Barrow A.

Division 3 action saw Officers F defeat and draw with close rivals Kelsall on successive days and now look clear favourites for the title. Andy Davies  led the way and was well backed up by son Will and  captain Tony Collard.

Handicap cup results saw  division 1 side Groves B reach the Odex final with a comfortable win over County Officers first team, and in the outstanding quarter final Newton stormed back from an almost impossible position to pip Groves A by just 2 points! They now face Pulford in the semis.

In the Sarl Williams trophy for divisions 2 and 3 Officers G had a nail biting 2 point victory over Newton E, for whom Alf Perry was a late replacement and found himself playing the all important final singles. A brilliant and entertaining match!

Jim Whitaker led Barrow B to a 15 point success over a battling Newton D trio and now play Barrow D in the quarters.
