Gary Cattermole has won more games than anyone else this season so far and he made it fifteen wins when picking up back-to-back maximums in two big wins for H20 Rowhedge B against Tollesbury A and H20 Rowhedge C. He was joined by John Patrick in a 9-1 win over lowly Tollesbury with Ben Page picking up the Blackwater teams only point in a three straight victory over the normally indomitable Fred Button. Cattermole's team also brushed aside C team club mates 8-2 with Button going one better than before winning three whilst Alan Burgess finished the night with another blank!
Gt Horkesley A have moved back to the top with big wins also against Tollesbury and H20 Rowhedge C for whom Jermaine Fearon picked up a good win over Colin Bennett. Horkesley are storming away at the top some seventeen points clear of second placed Rowedge B and twenty clear of rivals Tollgate A who have two games in hand. Both teams are missing their star players with Jake Collins working in London Horkesley have signed, a more than useful replacement in Paul Broxton. Aimee Sparkes and Mike Wright were unbeaten in both with Wright making it twelve wins without defeat!
Tollgate B are joint second as they continued their good form beating both St James B and Gt Horkesley B as Andy Vincent picked up the Clacton teams first point of the season in a 9-1 defeat. Andy Warner and Martyn Green we're both undefeated. Charlie Fulcher and Nigel Hodder emulated their colleague achievements in a 7-3 victory over Horkesley.
Tollgate A got back to winning ways following a two week lay-off despite James Denyer's behest efforts in winning all three, the highlight of which was a sparkling five set defeat of Greg Green who's team ran out 7-3 winners. Southend's John Poysden was winless on debut including defeat to Jane Li, her best win of the campaign.
H20 Rowhedge A also took full advantage of Tollesbury A's plight with a 10-0 whitewash, messes Mos, Andrews and Douch all unbeaten.
