Tollgate finally came good by beating H2O Reapers (Dan Rhodes & Oli Reynolds) 3-2. Roger Hance, playing as a guest, won both his singles and, partnered with Daryl Lott, also won the doubles. Encouraging as this is they are still 2 points adrift at the bottom. Just above them are H2O Rowhedge A by 2 points (John Andrews & Thomas Lewis) who narrowly lost 3-2 to Pegasus B (Helen Woolnough & Vic Little). Helen winning both her singles. John Andrews must count himself as unlucky as he lost both his singles on the final end. H2O Rowhedge (Nigel Claydon & Martin Lewis) swept aside Pegasus A (Steve Noble & Dave Whiting) 4-1. Pegasus's only success coming from Steve Noble, 24-22, in the final end win over Nigel Claydon. This win keeps H2O Rowhedge B 2 points clear at the top from Zeroabove (Lauren & Ken James) who battled to beat Gt. Horkesley B (Denise Thompson & Chris Jones) 3-2. Four of the five matches going the full distance with Zeroabove winning 3 of them. H2O Rowhedge E (Kamil Lentas & Pawee Szmero) beat Gt. Horkesley A (Steve Holland & Matt Rogers) 4-1. Steve Holland winning the opening match in straight sets. This being their only win. Interestingly there are 6 teams all on 6 points in the middle of the table.
