09-01-11 Tickets for the 2012 London Olympics

Ticketing arrangements for the 2012 London Olympics have now been announced including the Table Tennis Competition which runs from 28 July to 8 August. If you wish to register for tickets you are advised to go on to the London 2012 ticketing site and register.

Tickets will go on sale to the General Public in March 2011 and it is expected that requests will exceed tickets by 75%. Our advice is if you are interested REGISTER now. Our Chairman John Cowell (tel no: 01332 515132 ,email|: johncowell13@hotmail.co.uk ) has details of the events and prices so if you want more info give him a call.

About Us

The Derby and District Table Tennis Association organises table tennis in the Derby area, which extends to 18 miles from the city centre. The league has 50 teams in 5 divisions playing competitively throughout the winter season. We also aim to actively promote table tennis, and coaching is available at several clubs (see coaching page) and at several schools in the Derby area.

If you are new to table tennis and want to have a go, or if you want to renew your playing career then one of these coaching sessions is a good place to start; otherwise contact one of the league officers for more information.
