The Derby City Sport Awards are a way to recognise and celebrate the sporting success of athletes and those involved in sport at all levels. The winners from Derby will go through to be Derby’s representatives at the Derbyshire awards. Nominations can be made by anyone including those involved in professional organisations within sport. Self nominations are also accepted.

Please find attached nomination forms and criteria for your use and/or distribution. If you have any questions regarding the awards please let me know. I will ensure that this is covered as an agenda item at our next forum meeting, details of which will be circulated this week.
