Criteria for Funding of DDTTA Registered Coaches

Criteria for Funding of D&DTTA Registered Coaches

 Subject to the availability of funds

March 2015

UKCC1

D&DTTA will pay 100% of the current course fee, subject to the applicant passing the course and registering with the ETTA.

The fee will be reimbursed upon application to the Chairman, in writing and including invoices after 12 months subject to the applicant fulfilling coaching requirements.

In exceptional circumstances this time scale may be waived.

It is a pre-requisite for applicants to attend an “Essential First Aid” course,

and a “Safeguarding & Protecting Children” course.

D&DTTA will reimburse the fees for a first time applicant including the DBS (Data and Barring Service) checks, Formally the CRB checks.

 Coaches must submit a written report to the Chairman on a three monthly basis.

UKCC2

D&DTTA will pay 75% of the current course fee, on successful completion of the course.  The applicant must submit a written request including invoices for financial assistance to the Chairman.

Coaches must submit a written report to the Chairman on a six monthly basis.

UKCC3 &UKCC4

D&DTTA will pay 25% of the current course fee, on successful completion of the course.  The applicant must submit a written request including invoices for financial assistance to the Chairman.

Coaches must submit a written report to the Chairman on a yearly basis.

ETTA level 2 to UKCC level 2 Bridging

D&DTTA will contribute the full current course fee.on successful completion of the course. The applicant must submit a written request including invoices for financial assistance to the Chairman.

Note

Supported coaches must be coaching at a club with at least one registered team in the D&DTTA league or at a school or youth club in the Derby area.

 “Essential First Aid” and “Safeguarding & Protecting Children” certification  together with DBS checks need to be renewed every three years. For non earning coaches D&DTTA will reimburse the cost of these requirements following a written application including invoices to the Chairman. Earning coaches  will be responsible for these fees.

D&DTTA will reimburse the current ETTA Coach Licence fee for all active coaches subject to a written application to the Chairman or Vice Chairman.
