Bombers won the Division 3 Championship without having to serve a ball(either legally or illegally) as Whitley Chapel conceded the game. This gives the club the second Championship this Summer season following the success of the Aces winning Division 2.

With Chargers and Eagles playing home games on a Tuesday and Desperadoes playing on a Friday we need to know which is the best night for members of those teams. If anyone has a preference please let me know. Other teams in Division 3 are 2 Brandons playing on Mondays, 2 Lanchesters and Silksworth B also on Mondays. East Boldon and St Johns B on Thursdays.
The presentation Night for the Durham friendly league took place at Brandon On Thursday and Sonics received their runners up trophies and Nomads received their Participants trophies. Jack Pugh won player of season for the Sonics and Geoff Sykes player of the season for the Nomads. A raffle was held and the money raised was donated to Sacriston for organising the league.
