We will be offering a table tennis skills for beginners course starting on 14 March 2016.

This is aimed at young beginners and concentrates on ball skills and coordination more than shot making.

Bronze, Silver and Gold awards are available.

As the Ellesmere Sports Village is closed from 4pm on Easter Monday 28 March 2016 we will not have a session that evening.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the next session on 4 April.

The Cheshire Schools table tennis championships take place on Tuesday 8 February at Halton Stadium.

Please note that you have to enter via your school, not the club. The entry form is available here.

All club members must be members of Table Tennis England to ensure that our Liability Insurance covers you. Once you have attended four sessions in the new season you will automatically become a member of the club. If you are already a member of Table Tennis England please ensure you add us to your relationships on the membership website.

If you do not play in a league then we will obtain associate membership for you, it is free,

Following Andrew Miller MP's visit to the club and the coverage in the local press Richard Eves a third year undergraduate in International Journalism at John Moore's University asked if he could make a video report of the benefits we had gained from the Sport England Grant. His film is attached:

Andrew Miller MP visited Ellesmere Port and Chester Table Tennis Centre, based at Stanney Oaks Leisure Centre, on Thursday 19 February. He was helping the club to celebrate their £8000 Lottery Grant, awarded by Sport England, which has provided top class equipment for the club and training for club coaches.
