Farrow and Sujanec win Eastern Valley Table Tennis League 2019 Doubles Title

The Eastern Valley Table Tennis League Doubles tournament was held this week with thirteen pairs entered. After an evening of competition running alongside the Handicap Single Tournament the final was Mark Farrow and Jozef Sujanec against Jon and Ben Allen. Both pairings had been relatively untroubled in their earlier rounds so a close encounter was anticipated and the match did not disappoint. Farrow and Sujanec went into an early two game lead and there looked no way back for the Father and Son combination. However, the Allens' fought back to win the next two games with some exciting table tennis only for Farrow and Sujanec to re-discover their earlier form to win the decisive game 11-9.
