Evesham & District Table Tennis Report for week ending 24th November 2013

Bengeworth Lions appear to have the strength in depth necessary to win the Evesham and District League this season. They are currently top of Specsavers Division 1 after an impressive victory over title rivals Kington Blades. Lions’ Jaspreet Singh has won all 15 singles matches played so far and currently leads the individual averages table. Lions were able to rotate in Luke Gresty for Singh in their other match this week against Kington Bulldogs. Gresty justified his selection by winning all 3 singles matches. Meanwhile, Littleton Aces moved up to 2nd place in the table with a strong result against last year’s champions Wyre Elite.
