Greve among best prospects in the Country

The Table Tennis England National Cup was introduced for the 2015-16 season, with separate events for Juniors and Cadets/Under-12s and for boys and girls.

They are invitation events, with up to 10 boys and girls selected for each, based on national rankings.

The aim is to give our young players the best chance of success on the international stage and that means providing competitions like this, which replicate the style and format of tournaments held in other leading table tennis nations. The players competing here this weekend can expect a demanding competition, both physically and mentally.

This year, Benjamin Greve from Berkeley, Gloucestershire has been selected to play in the under 12 event at Preston on 8/9th April, 2017.

The players this weekend are among the best prospects in the country and have earned their place by rising up the national rankings.

Gloucestershire TTA wish Benjamin all the best of luck and hope that he delivers a performance he can be proud of and does himself justice.
