“ It is with sadness that we have heard of the death of Ken Jones earlier this month at the age of 90. Ken was the Chairman of the Eastern Valley Table Tennis League from 1965 until 1982 and also briefly held the role of fixture secretary. He represented the league on numerous occasions in the Welsh League and continued playing for the Pontypool Club until 1997. A true stalwart of Eastern Valley Table Tennis who will be greatly missed.”
