With the Hastings & District Table Tennis League taking a Christmas break, Division 2 is tightly contested, with three teams sharing the lead and the top seven covered by a mere 6 points.  Tackleway C, led by James Gorridge, top the table and have a match in hand so go into 2015 with a slight advantage.

Bexhill D and Bexhill E are both well placed with the rapidly improving Ryan Warner(D) and John Bradbury(E) being their key players. Both Bexhill teams have been able to call on Brian Beaney as a reserve and he is the only unbeaten player in the Division from his 4 matches.

Alan Blackman and Barrie Fletcher have helped keep Saints D in contention, while Paul Hyland has performed heroics for NALGO A.  Neck and neck with Hyland in the averages is Tackleway F’s Kevin McEwan, after his success in Division 3 last year.

Monarchs are at the foot of the table, but are still just about in touch with nearest rivals Tackleway E.

In Division 3, Saints E have won all their matches to establish a 5 point lead over Bexhill F.  Saints players Claire Bridges and Derek Brown lead the averages while Barry Goodson has led the way for Bexhill.

Bexhill G are best placed should the leaders slip up, and Malcolm Glover is having a good season for them.

At the foot of the table, NALGO B, Hollington G and Tigers E can barely be separated in the struggle to avoid last place. The trio are covered by one point, with Tigers currently at the foot.
