Virtual Sussex School Games

A huge new campaign launched today (April 27th) from Sussex School Games Organisers and Active Sussex which was given a promotional airing through an interview on South East Today on Friday by Rebecca Antcliffe, the School Games Organiser for Hastings and Rother.

This 11 week programme is open to EVERY school in Sussex - primary, secondary, special and independent - and includes an Active Adult competition for the parents, carers and staff of those schools. It’s entirely non-profit and is a unique event amongst the many hundreds of others that are out there in that this gives EVERY child in the county the chance to represent THEIR school in a county competition. Please can you support us as much as you can through your website and on social media.

Every school in the area has received information about this from both Rebecca and Active Sussex but I’d be most grateful if you and any others in the clubs could provide further promotional support by retweeting/ sharing and generally shouting about this as loudly as you can so that we might reach as many children and families in the area as possible. It’s also worth bearing in mind that one of the competitions is for best-represented area and it would be fantastic for the area if Hastings and Rother could do well in this amongst the other 8 SGO districts.
