Premier Division

Both new teams Horsham Spinners and TT Legend got off to a flying start to the new season.

Horsham’s Spinners came away 8-1 winners over Dynamos. For spinners it was three apiece for Rory Scott and Tony Rowell with Lynne Trussell picking up two. For Dynamos Matthew Caddy was the only winner.

For TT Legend VS Divergents.  Three for Brandon Bennett and new member Andy Walker plus two from Charlie Usher. Surprisingly, despite fielding a strong team Divergents with Sally Hughes, David Steel and Michael Robinson, Michael was their only winner. Result 8-1.

Hang Em High with Michael Bridger, Andrew Sharland and Graham Carter came away 6-1 winners over HH Assassins with 2 games to finish. Two for Michael Bridger plus two apiece for Andrew Sharland and Graham Carter. Ben Worley with the only win so far for Assassins.

Final premier match was a four all draw between Crawley Knights and Ping Panthers with one game left to play. For the Knights, two for Mina Matta and one apiece for Peter Cracknell and Josef Krakovsky. For Panthers two for Sasha O’Halloran and one each for Jeff Triggs and Steven Ive.


The Conference

Thunderbolts started well with a 7-2 win over X Men. Three wins for Robert Watson and two apiece for David Metcalfe and Andy Steel, While for X Men Peter Dunsby stood out as the only winner for X Men.

Spin Masters with only two players did well to defeat Blade Runners 5-4. John Bridger won his three with Claudio Bagaini winning two. For Blade Runners the lone win was Colin Cooper with an 11-9 win in the 5th over Claudio.

Pingwins with Brett Holt and David Polhill winning three and Rupert Browning one came away 7-2 winners over King Pongs! For Kings one each for Onkare Singh and   Darius Meyhew.

Final match was between New Avengers and Spinderella’s with New Avengers winning 5-4. For Avengers two each for Luke and Robert Goff with third player Prevesh Ramnath winning one. For the all-girls team Spinderella’s Annabel Bridger won three with team mate Jennifer Watkins winning one.

On a note of interest, the Bridger Family Annabel, John and Michael all came away with maximum wins.
