HEMEL Closed Championships - Update
The League programme is on a break whilst the annual HEMEL Closed Championships take place.  They started on Friday, 12th February, and will conclude with the Finals' Night on Tuesday, 1st March at Adeyfield Hall.  Hopefully, some of you will be able to pop along, and see who wins what, as well as some good table tennis!

Attendance has been fairly good, with a few new names or people returning after many years, and some very good competition, although it's mainly been the 'usual suspects' making it to the latter stages!  Triple Champion, Ken Stonebridge, is still in all three of the events he won last season, the semi-finals of the Open Singles, and the final of both the Veterans Singles and the Super-Veterans Singles.  Can 'King Ken' do it again, or will previous champion, Mike Boardman, regain the League title, or will someone else produce a surprise win?

Further details and fuller results will appear here, shortly.

League action will restart on Monday, 7th March, whilst the Cup competitions see the semi-final stages taking place in the last week of March.
