The County Vets 1st Team in the County Premier Division finished in 4th position out of 8. This was a great result bearing in mind the strength of the Veterans right across the board. After a fantastic first session the second phase was harder. Our players were Jimmy Walsh, Richard Jermyn, Dob Tokov, Roger Pyle and Sara Williams. Richard brought significant added strength to the team during the first session but was not available for the second. Unfortunately Sara was injured and unable to play against Avon, this probably costing us a win although even that may not have been enough to lift us to 3rd.
