The play off matches will take place on Wednesday 28th March at the NSC, to determine the final promotion and relegation outcomes from the 2011/12 season.

The format will be as per normal league fixtures with 9 sets of singles and 1 set of doubles.

Should the match end 5-5, the result will be determined in the usual manner by the number of games won by each side and, if equal on games, by the number of points won by each side.
