This season saw a new format introduced in the 3rd Division where after each team has played each other twice the league splits.
The Top 5 teams now play each other one more time to determine who finishes from 1st to 5th. The remaining 4 teams will also play each other to determine 6th to 9th places. The points earned so far are carried forward and added to those gained in the final series of matches.

Please note that in order to fit the 16 matches into the 4 available weeks, the final week of the season sees the last 2 D3 fixtures slotted in at 8-15 – so 2 D2 fixtures have been moved forward to an earlier start.
