The 2018/19 League Play-offs took place on Friday 29th March, at the NSC. 

Results were as follows:

•             Ramsey B 7  Peel 2 – Ramsey B remain in D1 next season

•             Ramsey C 6 Play It Forward 1 - Ramsey C remain in D2 next season

•             Play It Forward B 4 CopyShop E 5 - CopyShop E promoted to D3 next season & Play It Forward B relegated to D4
