Hi All Kidderminster League Players and Supporters,

We the Committee had a meeting on the 5th August 2020 via Zoom.

All current members of the committee discussed what the league should do for the coming 2020/2021 season.

The discussion was open and honest about what should be done based upon Table Tennis England and Government current advice for playing indoor sports. Table Tennis England seems to think we at stage 3, see web site for details. 

Committee members raised concerns about the following:-

availability of venues

size of venues

use of venues which have multi use by others

risk to person's with contact from people from different households

who is going to do the cleaning of the venue

who is going to do the risk assessment of the venue

who is going to do the collecting of person's details and how that data is secured

who is going to do the venue booking system to prevent too many people turning up at once

how are we to complete this years finals

in the end it was decided no league play would commence potentially until January 2021 however, a review of this position by the committee will take place in late October 2020.
