After the second session LSG Juniors lead the way in the National Junior League at Halton with another brilliant display. Adam, Lewis & Jacob coming in for Number One player Sam who was ill in bed, this meant a reshuffle to the order. Little Adam up to One, Lewis at Two and Jacob Three.

They started with a great win against Warrington B 5-1, followed this up with a 4-2 win against Halton C. After lunch they won 6-0 v Formby D and then 5-1 v Formby C this was a excellent victory. With one match to go against Glossop the LSG boys tired and went down 4-2 but with a fight, with Jacob pulling out all the shots to come from 2 down to win 3-2. Lewis & Jacob played excellent but once again MoM went to Adam with 9 wins from 10 losing his last match of the day. This should give us a clear lead going into the 3rd session next year.

LSG Juniors unbeaten after first day of matches

Sam & Lewis played excellent but little Adam took the MoM award 100% on the day 8 from 8

LSG Cadets playing in the first division gave a good show at the first session. Callum number one , Adam two and Jacob three making his debut at Halton. The derby match V Wigan first up with all games tightly contested it was Wigan who took the spoils 4-2 with Callum winning both his games.

Wirral next and a great performance from all three to earn a 3 all draw Callum, Adam & Jacob winning one each.

Ramsbottom should of been the first win but some how Jacob serving for the match at 2-0 up lost 3-2 and Adam 2-1 up also got beat. Callum again winning both outstanding performance.

Formby and Halton both beat the LSG lads 6-0 but no disgrace both these teams will be fighting it out at the top, they look a cut above. MoM for the day Callum Nolan with both Adam and Jacob playing very well.
