Division 1 Report.
In Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 Daredevils continued their winning start to the season with a 7-3 victory against Manor Park Pumas thanks to maximums from Alex Grokhotov and Svilen Andreev ,Dave Hallam, Jon Dyke and Geoff Woodward all won 1 for Pumas. Manor Park Travellers defeated Crackpots E 6-4 with 2 wins each for Toby Wren, Martin Snee and Geoff Burford although Matt Hodges was in superb form for Crackpots winning all his 3 matches and the doubles with Dave Steen. Beacon Boys overcame Poolbrook Patriots 8-2 with 3 wins each for Jack and Joe Higgs and 1 for Mark James, Graham Collier and Steve Glazzard replied with single wins for Patriots.
Division 2 Report.
Poolbrook Dynamos defeated Devils 7-3 thanks to a maximum from John Stalker who won all his games in 5 sets, supported by John Phillips with 2 and Ethan Webb 1, Dave Knowles 2 and Phil Steers 1 replied for Devils. Devils did however overcome Poolbrook Rangers 7-3 with Dave Knowles securing a maximum supported by Steve Mulka with 2 and Liz Hallam with 1 ,Liz and Dave also won the doubles. Dave Brown with 2 and Dave Bradley 1 replied for Rangers. Rangers enjoyed more success against Bromyard Eagles winning by 8-2 thanks to a maximum from Simon Claxton and 2 each from Nick Haggar and Dave Bradley, David Gwilt and Huan Davies won single games for Eagles. Manor Park Wanderers overcame Crackpots D 8-2 with Stan Mason winning 3 again this time accompanied by Laurence Dodd with Phil Smethurst also taking 1 match, Bob Rhodes and James Palmer replied for Crackpots.
Division 3 Report.
Poolbrook Phoenix 1 defeated Abbeydowne 7-3 thanks to a maximum from Steve Mulka supported by 1 from James Mulka and 2 from Tim Shouler, Niels Eriksson with 2 and Graham Browning 1 replied for Abbeydowne. Meanwhile Wombats demolished Phoenix 2 10-0 with maximums from Paul Lythgoe, Pete Harding and Denis Chetwood. Panthers also enjoyed a 10-0 victory thanks to maximums from Collette James, Charlie Burford and Ewan Gear.
