Division 1 Report.
In Paperstation Malvern League Division 1 Ramblers continued their winning start to the season with a tight 6-4 victory against Crackpots E thanks to a maximum from Chris Hewitt supported by Graham Thompson with 2 and Mark Clinton 1. Matt Hodges was in fine form again for Crackpots winning 2 and the doubles with Colin Dolding who also achieved a singles victory. Manor Park Express enjoyed a 6-4 victory against Pumas with 3 wins from Pete Griffiths and single wins for Ray Page and Dave Woodyatt. Dave Hallam and Geoff Woodward with 2 each replied for Pumas with Pete and Dave taking the crucial doubles to clinch the win. Bromyard Collection defeated Manor Park Travellers 7-3 with 3 wins each for Patryk Kovacz and Craig Preece who also combined to take the doubles, Toby Wren, Martin Snee and Geoff Burford all won 1 game for Travellers. Poolbrook Patriots earned their first victory in the top division with a 6-4 win against Ledbury Rovers thanks to a superb maximum from Dominic Weston supported by Graham Collier and Steve Glazzard with 1 each, James Dance and Bryan Farr replied with 2 wins each for Rovers.
Division 2 Report.
Poolbrook Rangers defeated Crackpots D 6-4 thanks to a maximum from Simon Claxton supported by Dave Brown and Nick Haggar with 1 each, Stewart Moss and Bob Rhodes replied with 2 each for Crackpots. Vulcans and Bromyard Eagles shared a 5-5 draw with Richard Bennett securing a maximum for Vulcans and winning the doubles with Nick Carrol, Lukazs Kulesa earned Vulcans other victory. Eagles replied with 2 wins each for Mark Farr and Huan Davies and 1 from David Gwilt. Bromyard Kestrels continued their fine form with an 8-2 win against Scuttling Gang thanks to maximums for both Clofford Knock and Mike Belfield and 2 from Tony Sales, Will Jones earned a single victory in reply for Scuttling Gang.
Division 3 Report.
Poolbrook Phoenix 1 defeated their compatriots Phoenix 2 10-0 thanks to maximums from Steve Mulka,Matt White and Tim Shouler. Nomads also won 10-0 against Abbeydowne with Dave Hayes, Dave Clarke and Alan Eldrige all securing 3 wins. Wombats also enjoyed a comfortable 9-1 victory against Poolbrook Panthers with maximums from Paul Lythgoe and Pete Harding supported by Denis Chetwood with 2, Ewan Gear replied with a single win for Panthers.
