Ashford Hill Ramblers recorded their 8th straight win to head the table by 6 points from Woolton Hill Eagles who have played one more game Terry White, Paul Rattue and Sam Ricks winning 10-0 against AWE Fission
Thatcham Nomads leapfrogged Thatcham A into third place , one point behind Eagles after defeating them 8-2 with a Ray Powell treble and two each from Alan Duke and Nat Richardson . Tony Brown got both the losers wins.Match of the night was Dukes win over Richard Rosinski finally winning 11-9, 9-11, 8-11, 13-11, 12-10
A close match took place between Woolton Hill Badgers and Thatcham Thunder with Thunder winning 6-4 mainly due to Csaba Pall hat trick and a vital doubles win. Sue Purton and Andy Moore both won twice for Badgers with Purton getting 11-8 final set win over Barry Carter.
Thatcham Spartans who hit top spot dropped to third place after suffering a 7-3 defeat by Thatcham Scorpions Both Simon Barter and Bill Stamatiou were in great form and both got three wins each and teamed up to take the doubles as well
Thatcham Lions took top spot with an 8-2 victory over Thatcham A and E with Eddie Haines winning all three including coming back from two sets down to beat Lorraine Mortimer 11-4 in the final set. Jeff Rogers and Phil Jones won two each whilst Mortimer won twice for A and E.
Thatcham C are in second place one point behind Lions and with a game in hand after a 9-1 win against Thatcham Scavengers Seb Bielec and Bao Tuyen Ly both had maximums with Ray Beeks winning two but this match was closer that the score suggests with four matches going the distance.
Ashford Hill Misfits edged out Kintbury Cobras by winning 6-4 with Misfits Wendy Porter unbeaten and Denise Weller getting a double. Ian Wu winning twice for Cobras
Thatcham X got a well needed point when they lost 7-3 to Woolton Hill Wombats Simon Sonsino won all three for Wombats and he was helped by a double from Ion Mihaila . Matt Smith got two for the Thatcham side
The top two sides Thatcham Hawks and Kintbury Outlaws met and the match resulted in a 5-5 draw Geoff Eldred of Hawks was man of the match as he was unbeaten and his team mate Ian Dickason won twice. Dave Rawlings was Inkpens best with two wins and he teamed up with John Tanner to take the important doubles .
West Ilsley B are in third place one point behine Outlaws are beating Thatcham Spitfires 9-1 with maximums from Lionel Sheppard and Dave Langton with Deryck Crossley winning twice
Thatcham Choppers were victors against Woolton Hill Racketeers by 7-3 with trebles for Jeremy Skelton and Ian Whiting but they had to scrape to beat Sthiven Pinilla both just beating him 12-10 in final set .
Archie Dyson got a maximum against Inkpen Insufferables coming back from 2-1 down to beat Bob Nash 15-13 in fifth and 2-0 down to defeat Tom Kelly 11-9 in decider but he was still on the losing side as Insufferables won 6-4 with Nash and Rob Sim winning two each and Nash and Kelly taking the doubles.
