WEEK 10 REPORT
Kintbury Titans hung on to top spot after being held to a draw by Thatcham Lions but Ashford Hill Ramblers are a point behind with two games in hand.Nat Richardson won his three matches three straight but two each from Patrick Garlick and Ross Lingard with both teaming up to win the doubles squared the result.
Kintbury Jog had a comfortable 10-o victory over Thatcham C which moved them to third in the table with Mark Wheeler Peter Sinyard and Adam Pacyne going through the card .
Jeffernauts moved into second place with two solid performances Firts they drew with Ashford Hill Misfits with Teifion Chamberlain getting a maximum and helping Andy Jeffrey win the doubles. Misfits Wendy Porter and Denise Weller both won twice with the closest game of the night being Weller's 11-9 final set win over Mark Every.
Next Jeffernauts went one better and defeated Woolton Hill Wombats 6-4 with Chamberlain winning three and Jeffery two Jonathan Hopson had two wins for Wombats
Wombats did a little better against Thatcham Spartans mainly due to a Hopson maximum and with Robin Burns in the doubles taking the final set 13/11 after being 10/4 down. Malcolm Record and Eric Panting both had two wins each for Spartans.
Thatcham Scavengers are moving up the table in contention and are now fifth with a game in hand over most sides and they had a 6-4 win at Woolton Hill Wildcats with Niall McGrane getting another three wins and helping in the doubles Roger Cherowbrier and Archie Dyson had two good wins each for Wildcats
