Book your place at Club and Volunteer Conference

It’s time to book your place at a fantastic networking and development opportunity – our Club and Volunteer Conference.

Clubs, leagues and table tennis volunteers are invited to join us for a great event which offers you the chance to get to know your neighbouring clubs, meet Table Tennis England head office staff and participate in a range of workshops, all designed to support your club or league’s development.

Table Tennis England has received some great feedback following previous conferences, including the following from Carlisle Table Tennis Club:

I think my attendance at the Club Conference in Durham was a crucial factor in giving me that final push to get things up and running, and just knowing that there were other people in the same position was very reassuring.

Making face-to-face contact with the key ‘players’ within Table Tennis England also helped and this also gave me the confidence going forward knowing that there was a degree of back-up should this be required.

We still have a long way to go but it’s pretty clear that there’s enough interest in the Carlisle area for a vibrant club.

2018-19 Regional Conference dates are as follows;

Saturday 20th October 2018: Yorkshire Region (Ackworth School)

Saturday 16th February 2019: South East Region (Venue TBC)

A provisional agenda can be found attached at the bottom of this page and is subject to change depending on delegate feedback via the booking process. Please note that the conference is open to a maximum of two delegates per organisation.

Table Tennis England are also pleased to announce that following the success of Regional Club and Volunteer Conferences, we are also planning a National Club and Volunteer Conference on the weekend of March 30-31, 2019. More details will be announced over the coming months.

Bookings are now open for the Yorkshire Conference and you can also express your interest in the South East Regional Conference. Spaces are limited – to reserve, please fill in the form below.
