Northumberland County Table Tennis Association – Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the County Association will be held on Tuesday 10th July at The Sporting Club, Cramlington commencing 7:15pm. Each member is entitled to attend and vote. Attendance by a club currently in membership of the Northumbria Winter league is compulsory and each team which participated during the 2017/18 winter league or 2018 summer league is entitled to send one representative with power to vote. Additionally, each team which has been accepted to participate in season 2018/19 shall be entitled to send one observer with the right to speak but not vote. Every current Officer and Executive Committee Member of the County Association shall be entitled to attend with the right to speak and vote. Voting will be as set out in paragraphs 9.5, 9.6, 9.7 and 9.8 of the constitution.
