Cram Swifts -v- Ouston B - 1-2-13

A strong team of Angus Poole, Kit Robinson and Gareth Pearson from Cramlington proved a good test for Ouston B. Pearson who has just returned to playing after coming back from illness proved strongest winning his three.

Mike played excellently and only lost to Gareth, just getting edged out in 5 sets, if a few crucial points gone his way he could have won.

Neil won 2 out 3, winning quite comfortably against Kit and Angus, but was too nervous in his first match against Gareth and didn't get into his game.

Mark also started nervously and didn't play well against Kit, however in his next game he played much better and pushed Gareth hard, but not enough to win. A well contested five setter against Angus saw Mark come out and top and pick up a match.

Neil and Mike won the doubles. Resulting in a narrow win for Ouston (6-4).
