We obtain the personal information when a member completes an application for membership of Table Tennis England and to register with our League.

We only collect and use personal information for the purposes of facilitating members of the League to participate in competitive table tennis.

Information is only stored and maintained during an individual’s membership of the league.

Any other information you have given to Table Tennis England. 

Sharing and disclosing your personal information with external parties

Information is only shared with local Table Tennis Leagues, to register you to play in competitions and if necessary with Table Tennis England (The National Governing Body for Table Tennis) to demonstrate your eligibility to participate in Table Tennis Competition. Personal information is never sold, shared or given to any other organisation. 

Ensuring your information is accurate?

Members are requested to update us if information changes and required to update their membership form when we hold registration event.
