This is an ideal opportunity to see what it takes to be the top young players in the the country. If you come to coaching on a Monday night, or just want to see how good the best players nationally are, get yourself down to UCLAN and have a great family day out, or even two if you stay for both days.
As usual Jim Clegg has some involvement and as usual Jim will want some volunteers to boss around whilst helping set up the tables at UCLAN - anyone who's come down early to help set up the tables for our championships will know what I mean, get those barriers all facing the right way or incur Jim's wrath :-). The tables will be coming down from the North East of England - courtesy of TeeSports. I'm sure Jim will provide more details about what's involved for volunteers nearer the time.
For more details about the event itself, check out Table Tennis England's website "here". This is an extract from their article.
