Last weeks games.

Aces game postponed

Bombers game postponed

Chargers game. Chargers played the first ever competitive game at the new home venue of Freemans Quay, reports stated that the venue was excellent, however it wasn’t matched by the result which was a 9-1 defeat to East Boldon. Chargers team was Barry Dingwall, Paul Henderson and John Reid.

Desperadoes game. Desperadoes had the toughest game of the season against the probable league winners from Division 3 West B. West, with the experienced Alan Whitwham leading them were huge favourites for the game and with Desperadoes fielding two debutants in Max Duffin and  obert Atkinson to partner Erin Harrison, games were really tough.  An excellent contest didn’t finish until late in the night and several games were taken to very close finishes but West won 10-0. On the plus side West nominated Erin Harrison as Player of the match, well done Erin.

Comets game. Comets soared back to the top of the league with a 9-1 win over Ouston. This team of Colin Pritchard , Debbie and Nikki Irwin are proving formidable in the league and sweeping all before them and only dropped one point and now lead the division by 3 points.
