Adults and Children & All standards welcome!
*Attendance options available:
- One hour session, i.e., 4-5pm or 5-6pm @ £6 per session, or
- Two hour session 4-6pm @ £10 per session.
‘Learn faster with more enjoyment the skills for Table Tennis and play with more confidence in matches. The emphasis will not just be on the technical side, as we believe this can be developed more naturally and effectively by ‘how’ and ‘where’ we focus our attention. Develop skills and qualities in YOU, that go way beyond Table Tennis and which will serve you well in other areas of your life, such as increased focus of attention, being relaxed under pressure, greater self-awareness and improved decision making’’
