Forest Green A were inspired by a Dave Harvey maximum to beat the visiting Frampton A 8-2 but stay in third place in the division. Woodchester A hold onto second place after beating their hosts Cirencester 8-2 with Andrew Ryder and Stan Shilton each scoring a maximum. Liwu Wei made the difference, scoring a max as Phoenix B defeated Frampton B 6-4.
Whiteshill A hold onto second place in the division after maximums from Steve Greening and Chris Varley gave them a comfortable 9-1 victory over the visiting Nailsworth A. Randwick A are joint third in the division after leaving Woodchester C with a 7-3 victory thanks to a Steve Charlwood maximum. Whiteshill B went down 4-6 to the visiting Thornbury B for whom Mark Attwood scored a maximum.
Phoenix D move to joint top of the division after a comfortable whitewash of the visiting two man Forest Green C, Craig Mills, Bruce Ind and John Catterall all unbeaten for the home team. Thornbury C share the top spot after they had a comfortable 8-2 win against the visiting Randwick B, Steve Biles and Graham Eden scored a max apiece. Cam A won by a similar score against the visiting Randwick C with Michael James and Brian McNeil scoring a max each in their 8-2 win. Woodchester D also won 8-2, this time it was Phoenix F on the losing side, Colin Bruton and Roger Davis each hit a hat trick.
Phoenix G took advantage of Randwick D not playing to move to the top of the division with a comfortable 10-0 win at Frampton C, Pete Skinner, Chris Hampton and Alan Walker all unbeaten for the visitors. Cam B and Cam C couldn’t be separated and no player could dominate which resulted in a five all draw. Forest Green D were held to a five all draw at home to Phoenix I, man of the match was Sasha Curzon for the visitors with a maximum. Phoenix J edged a tight match against their H team club mates 6-4, Alex Wei was man of the match scoring a maximum for the home side on an entertaining evening.
