Match No14 - 16 Feb - 19 Feb

   There were three games played in division one this week. Netheseales beat Netherseal Cedar 8 - 2, due to two hat-tricks from Simon Hall & Andrew Rose, and a double from Dannny Sullivan. Lichfield Kings and Queens also had an 8 - 2 victory over Kingsbury Tornadoes, Cyril Merriman and Diane St Ledger both won three games each and took the doubles, while dave Knight added one to the score. Curdworth Wheelers Pingers also had an 8 - 2 win against Tamworth Youth Club Wanderers. Rob Rowson and Gary Nash both played well to win three out of three games each.

   In Division 2, the current leaders Lichfield Jets were taken to a 5 - 5 draw by Spital Daredevils. Mark Balant and Gary Dawson won two games a piece plus the doubles for Lichfield & Alan Baker and Stafford Brookes won two each for Spital, with Paul Bowler adding one more. Netherseal Oak had an 8 - 2 success against Tamworth Rugby Club Kings, Pete Jamieson and Brian Hagger won a maximum three games each. Also Lichfield Knaves secured the same 8 - 2 scoreline over Hopwas Jokers B away. Alan Thorne won 3 gameand John Bell and Yuri Slobodyuk won 2 apiece for The Knaves. It was Dave Tucker, who once again brought a couple of points to the table for Hopwas B.

  Tamworth Youth Club Talentz, the only junior team in the tamworth league had a tremendous 7 - 3 triumph in division 3. Hayden Wooton won three points, Ellis Kesterton won two and Rhyss Williams added one more to secure this victory over spiytal Mondays. finally Lichfield Musketeers beat Tamworth Youth Club Lambs 8 - 2. The Llambs unfortunately only have two players at the moment due to injury and James shaw put in a good performance to win two games. For Lichfield John Bell won both his games and Alan Thorne & John Henson added one apiece.
