In the last match of the season, a strong Woodchester A were the first team to beat Thornbury A in Stroud Division One and by doing so, secured themselves the runners-up place. There was some high quality table tennis on show throughout the evening but Emily, Dave and Anthony could just not do enough, losing the match 7-3.

However, with the league title already secured last week, there was still a smile on everybody's face at the end!

We now move on to the Albert Mann Cup final on Monday 21st March where the same three players will look to secure the league and cup double against a very capable Frampton A.
