The new season is now underway, and we hope you find the additional scores detail and new features of the new site a useful and interesting addition.

There have been some initial delays in getting some results loaded; due to new players not allocating themselves to Watford league (the site pulls player details from Table Tennis England membership database). Anyway, all the week 1 results are now in.

In the Premier league, 3 singles wins for Stuart Seaholme (Jets Bats) and Russell Davies (Herts Bowls Club), as all the teams registered at least a point. Lukas Singer-Davies made a promising Premier return, playing up for Jets Eagles, winning 2 out of 3 singles.

In Division 1, youngster Jacob Smith (Jets Falcons) and Andy Miller (Jets Hounds) were the only players to win all 3 singles. The Juniors of Falcons gave notice that they will be hard to beat this season, trouncing Kangaroos 8-0.

In Division 2, David East (Oxhey Hall) and ‘newcomer’ Mark Davies (for the ‘Dad’s’ team – Jets Panthers) -   won all 3 singles.

In Division 3, Neil Jenkins (LMR Audit) won all 3 singles. Whilst only 2 matches took place in Division 3 this week, over the next few weeks we will see a number of new teams play their first matches, with a healthy dose of juniors playing league table tennis for the first time.
